The exercise faithful gather along the paths and walkways to start the day either in solitude or group excercise activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not just a few, but literally hundreds of people are out stretching, dancing, cycling, or performing Tai Chi. The first time I witnessed this it was a shock to see the crowds, but now I too have begun to look forward to the ritual, becoming a morning convert of sorts myself.
