Just saying the words brings a flood of feelings mostly centered around a familiar cafe and a long read of a good newspaper. Time for an extra cup of coffee or two.  The little rituals that create space to find relaxation. As a kid Sunday was centered around rushing off to church. Now it represents the one day where being in a hurry is not a consideration. Religious ritual replaced by personal attention. The paper and coffee my morning temple. \n<p>There is something new to see no matter how many times I visit this place. Today patterns and shadows are calling me to look.  Circles filled with lines repeating themselves.  Dusty venetian blinds constraining the morning sun behind them.  I knew it would look like this today just as it does every Sunday morning I visit. <\/p>\n<p> Today I have my camera. And so begins another ritual. A perfect extension of the morning.
